Questions About Adding Seats
Can I add just one seat? To confirm
The current plan uses 5, 10, 25 and 50 seat sizes, so an upgrade moves you to the next size. Adding single seats is still under review.
I didn’t make the original purchase. Can I still add seats?
License admins can sign in and add seats. For company licenses, name more than one admin so the license can be handed over when people change roles.
Do I need to reactivate my Server after upgrading?
No. The new seats sync to your active Server, and members can join right away.
What if I can’t access the email I bought with?
Contact support with your order details, and we’ll help move the license to a new admin email.
