AI Action is available today. Hand your own organizing rules to AI and let it process items in batches your way: rename them, write descriptions, file them into folders or add tags.
You set the rules, AI does the work
Everyone organizes differently. Some people rely on file names, others on tags. Some use folders for projects, others write down why they saved something. AI Action doesn't impose one answer. You build your own Actions:
- Rename: generate consistent, readable names from what's in the image.
- Describe: note the subject, style and where the item fits.
- File into folders: sort items into the folder structure you already have.
- Tag: add tags for color, style or purpose.
Use each step on its own or chain them into a complete flow.
Organizing becomes a repeatable workflow
Once an Action exists, you can run it again and again. The next time you import a batch, select the items and run the same Action to get results that follow the same logic. Organizing no longer depends on memory and patience in the moment. It becomes a method you can repeat.
